Pun me! A challenge for your Friday workday.

I love puns. Good puns, bad puns, any pun under the sun.

So come on, Livejournal afficiandos!

Give me a pun, and I'll love you tomoooooooorrrrrrow. Something you've been saving up, or something you heard somewhere, or something in another language even. But English is the language I'm most likely to understand, note.

(Another, because I just heard it.)

This guy's climbing a moutain, and stops for a moment. All of a sudden three swashbuckling-looking-people swing down and rob him at swordpoint. The guy, understandably, is confused. "Who the hell are you?"

"Arr, we be the Pirates of the Caribiner!"

Okay, last one, I promise.

You may have heard about the guy that cut off his left side in a chainsaw accident? Well, he's all right now.

(grins) No prob.

A good source, by the way, is the Prairie Home Companion's joke page - I don't know if you're familiar with PHC, but it's got that kind of a sense of humor.

AHAHAHAA.

Having grown up with sailors and thus being quite familiar with caribiners, this is my kind of pun.
