thanks! I mostly used Picture Window 2.0, because I don't understand how to use the mask feature on Photoshop 6.0. All my cut-outs look terrible and edgy. But I used PS for the lighting effects and color changes. I used plain ol' Microsoft Paint to move some of the base pieces around, because it's hella easy to cut & paste fast using that program.

Where can I find Picture Window 2.0 (hey, masking features kick my butt too, so I usually only mess with the color when I'm doing fanart)?

I could probably hunt around for my CD and make you a copy of it to mail, if you want. It's a very basic image editing thing; I've learned to use it because its simpler than Photoshop. But Photoshop certainly has a lot more really fancy options. I mostly use Picture Window for overlays (masks) and for adding text, because I can't get the add text thing to work for me on Photoshop. As I understand it you can't do all the pretty brush things that you can do with photoshop, but I don't know how to do those anyway.
