I think the song you mean is All The Things You Said by Tatu. It's huge here in the UK, spent a month at no. 1. The girls are Russian and both have boyfriends, but play up their "ambiguous" relationship for the press (talking about sleeping in the same bed and so on). They're supposedly 16/17 but I'm guessing they're older.

Why aren't there pretty boys kissing on music videos?
