banner!fear
ok, just went to see the B/A banner at the www.televisionwithoutpity.com forums.
My reaction?
Initial: Bleh. Grow up. Don't waste your money. Jane E. said the Buffy/Spike love story is her favorite plot arc, hah!
Belated, hidden: **fear builds deep in heart that somehow, somewhere, Joss will see this, and against all logic and rationality change his mind, and have Angel get back with Buffy, and it will be horrible for so many many reasons oh please make it stop!!!!**
Third: Bleh. Grow up. Spend your money on SaveFarscape! banners instead.

Oh well, at least the flowery script and general soppiness is in keeping with the B/A theme ;)

Don't worry on that Joss thing. The way he seems, I bet it'd make him more likely to not put Buffy and Angel together.

And I began to laugh. I don't have money to throw away on donations to Variety ads for James Marsters (nor would I because it's extrememly tacky) and I sure as hell wouldn't waste my money on a banner ad like the one in question - unless I was rich and the ad was a parody and very very funny.
But geez, they ripped off an ad for fucking engagement rings which proves my point - *delusional* and in need of a sustaining fairytale fantasy to jusitfy their own sorry loveless lives. =)

Unless, you know, Buffy and Angel got married, and so Spike kills everyone as a result. I could kind of get behind that ending, in a pinch.
But I'd much prefer something at least vaguely happy.

sure, the day he resurrects Tara ...
But don't worry. It will be okay.
