**Kakashi admits that if Lee had been his student, not Gai's he would have told Lee to do the same move that crippled him in the tournament... and then he gives a quick look back to Naruto**
Oh no! I know that look! Aaaahhh! Kakashi's going to manipulate Naruto's trust in him the same way that Gai manipulated Lee's, put him at the same risk!
Damnnit, Kakashi's so ruthless it's scary. And he always seems so nice, too. But when it comes down to things like this he has no inhibitors or scruples or sense of morals. He's an "ends justify the means" person to his soul. Ruthless.
