To-watch list:

My anime "to-watch" list:

Scryed

Wolf's Rain

.Hack/Sign (the rest after ep 8)
X (tv version, because movie was awful)
Kero Kano / His & Her Circumstances
RahXephon
One Piece
Samurai X
Ayashi no Ceres (the rest after ep 6)

This is in a vague sort of order, but not definite. Anyone have any opinions on these? I know Wolf's Rain is going to start airing on Cartoon Network with the new Inu Yasha episodes in April, so I won't have to download or buy that one at least. I'm also trying to branch out my tastes and watch some more comedic or light-hearted ones instead of always the heavy drama/action/adventure series.

RahXephon is like NGE? Hmm. I had just been told it was really good.

The thing about NGE is that up until the end, it was a fucking awesome show and scored high on practically every level. But the end was so bad... made even worse by the fact that the rest was so good and so ambitious. If the show hadn't face-faulted in final eps, Eva might have beat out Esca on my list of best-evers.

So, I guess my question is, it's great that the ending is better than NGE, but how's the rest of it? Is it as good?

Have you ever seen Gravitation? I'm still not sure if I want to see it or not because it sounds different than my normal genre, but I threw the name on there because someone recced it to me.

Not so much like NGE, but it gets lumped into that category because of giant mecha and young boy teen angst. But, it's a totally different animal. If I were to describe it, I'd say it was a fucked up love story, more than anything. There's goings on and what not, but in the end, it's a story about a boy and a girl.

Never seen Gravitation. Read some reviews for it, and it really didn't seem like my cup of tea.

Oooh... I like that Spike icon. Though it's kinda jittery. Cool jittery. ::sigh:: Movie Spike was hot...

thanks for the extra comments about the series. I like things to have love stories (Buffy, Esca, etc) mixed in with my fantasy and science fiction. Cause I'm a sap deep in side. I get it from my dad.
