He looks so... I can't define it. Like a semi-cute kind of smarmy. Like he would sound exactly like Shigure's most obnoxious voice sounds.

You can't see me, but I'm nodding. Although I think Shigure's normal voice suits his face too, it makes one wonder if he ever does do inflections like that in real life.
