That sounds like the time I was sitting on the toilet holding my stomach and crying/screaming so loudly my mom had to keep coming by and checking on me to make sure I wasn't collapsing, meanwhile I'm babbling nonsense trying to ask if this is normal pain because I feel like I'm being ripped apart from the inside.

That was last year. I've had some bad ones since then, but nothing like that. Last night was about a 4 for me and this morning's been a 3.5-- painful and miserable but not the worst I've ever had.
