Yet another FMA finale post
Roy/Hawkeye is so canon! It's so canon! Hah! Take THAT Roy/Ed shippers!
::does happy dance of ship victory::
I know canon means peanuts in the face of true shipper devotion, but I can't help but squeal because OHMYGOD MY SHIP IS CANON!
And by the way, I almost cried at 9:20 minutes. They had me. I thought he was dead and I almost cried because it would be SO FUCKING SAD that he goes just like Hughes and Hawkeye loses her hero and the man she loves and they win but they never get to be together and it would have been so fucking sad and unfair!
::takes on Moulin Rouge Christian As Narrator voice:: But then Full Metal Alchemist surprised me... one... last... time.
BECAUSE OH MY GOD HE LIVED HE DIDN'T DIE AND AL'S ALIVE AND ED'S ALIVE AND EVERYONE IS ALIVE!
How perfect is it that the one show where everything is a surprise and everyone dies... surprises one last time by, in the end, actually not killing everyone the viewers care about. It's like the last big prank on the audience.
FMA writers: BWAHAHAA! You thought we were going to kill everyone, didn't you?
Rashaka: *nods* *wide-eyed and in awe*
FMA writers: But we didn't! We fooled you! Now bow to our greatness!
Rashaka: *bows*
