'Trigun' episode # 01, as seen on Cartoon Network
Damnit, those MoFo's cut the pretty opening animation. All those sunsets and dramatic waving of coats in the wind!
Hey, look, it's Vash The Stampede! Haphazardly dodging bullets on American TV!
Ahh... love Adult Swim. What would I do without Cartoon Network and their Adult Swim line-up?
Hm... not noticing many things left-out or changed much, at least yet.
They cut the credits short, but the original song is there, which is nice.
Awww... Lurvvvv Vash. This is still in the cute episodes of the very beginning, before the massive amounts of soul-crushing angst and the twsisted but lovingly subtle over-arching plot kick in. Hm... how many more episodes until Wolfwood shows up? Ten, eleven?
:sigh: I've seen this whole series, but somehow it's different watching it on live TV. Must be a fandom thing.

ETA: Aww, how I love Miroku from IY. He stares calmly at a cloud of demons and casually wonders aloud at their origin, but as soon as the words "rescue" and "princess" are shouted in the distance, my favorite lecher gets a delighted look on his face and springs into "heroic" action.
I think I definitely like Kirby morrow's voice as Miroku in Inu-Yasha than when he did Trowa for Gundam Wing. Never liked Trowa's voice, but he's much more fun as Miroku. He also did Van in Vision of Escalfowne, and he was pretty good in that. But then, I loved everything about Esca.
