(no subject)

Haven't watched Buffy yet.

Had a nightmare about sections of my teeth/gums falling out like rotten dentures.

Got all emotional yesterday, crying over stuff because I was low blood sugar, which also gave me a headaches, and I had cramps at the same time, and I had one teacher yell at me for two hours that afternoon...so was very strange to talk to, I imagine. Am so sitting in the back of that classroom, next time.

Miss internet. Need fanfic. Need WinMX music downloads. Need to have own internet to put up stuff on webspace from own comp to share icons & stuff. Need fanfic.

Need to watch BtVS.

My grandmother says that dreaming of loosing teeth symbolizes death.

Huh. Um, ok. Death for me, or death around me?

I thought it was hangover from my erratic and constantly-changing brushing habbits of late.

Hmm...not sure...though...her usual response is "someone has died or will die". Though I assume it's almost never directly dreamer, unless I suppose it's a metaphorical thing O.o Fret not. I've had many a dream about losing teeth and bloody gums ^,^

Never blood. That's the weird thing; it's not bloody. Just gross and disturbing.

I thought I was the only one who had dreams like that.

Here's a link to a nice fluffy dream interpretation site, with a shocking amount on teeth.

My friend [livejournal.com profile] nenar has dreams like that all the time. She says dreams about losing your teeth symbolize a fear of losing wisdom. You two should commiserate with each other.

Oh, I've read that dreams of teeth falling out represent fears of impotence. Luckily, your Bulk E-Mail folder probably contains dozens of links to help you get it back - bigger, longer, manlier than ever. Funny how those things work out.

Now: what is all this about a teacher yelling at you for two hours??

Do you need me to drive down and kick some teacher butt for you? Two hours? What was the, um, nature of the teacher's grievance against you? It sounds like the fulminations of some nasty little third world despot. Did you have to stand for the entire thing?

I don't like people being mean to my 'shaka.

::glomps caille:: THANK YOU, MY VALIANT DEFENDER!

Now: what is all this about a teacher yelling at you for two hours??

::sheepish:: Actually, you'd have to read my previous day's post & comments about my Womens Studies teacher. She wasn't yelling at me in anger, she was yelling at us (the class) because that's how she talks. Loudly. REALLY loudly. And I was sitting in the front row. Stupid, stupid me. She's actually very nice and earnest, but no matter the intention, noise is noise and after a while you get tired of being yelled at. That's why I'm going to sit further back next class.

"...my Womens Studies teacher...."

Aha. I get it. She's being assertive. Not aggressive. Heh. Yes, sit further back.

I will stand down for the moment, but I am ever alert.

Actually, not so much assertive (though she is that), as I think she's afraid people won't understand her because she has an accent. So she tries to make sure people understand her by talking loudly, though I'd like to tell her "Lady, your accent isn't bad at all, really, you can talk at a normal level and we'll understand."
