a new "thing"

I downloaded this 5-second Monty Python & the Holy Grail sound clip:

"Your mother was a hamster, and your father smelt of elderberry!"

From now on, that's going to go as the first track of every CD I make. It'll be a thing. And it will make me feel ridicuously silly and good.

This is NOT a slight against you or your spelling or anything, because I see this spelling so often. But every time I see hamster spelled hampster, I think of a huge furry basket-thing that runs on a giant wheel and eats dirty laundry. :)

We're talking about the pet, right? That's what I was talking about...

::runs off::

Huh. Now isn't that odd... my two dictionaries spelled it two different ways...

::looks back over reply::... oh, you mean eating dirty laundry like hamper?

Oh, ok. I get that. Hheeee.

Indeed.

I am a bear of very little brain, therefore very small things amuse me greatly! *beams*
