bitch bitch bitch why don't ya

It's too hot.

I'm all for sunshine, but I'd like the temperature to go down at least 10 degrees for nightfall.

Is that too much to ask?

There was a brush fire in the hills today. I'm so not surprised.

Stupid 8 day plus heat spell.

Nooooo!!

Please don't bitch about the heat, because then it'll go away!

Me likes the heat. But then again, it's probably a tad cooler here in the North Bay. ;)

You silly North Bay-ers. I could stand outside naked and I'd be room temperature.

Well, it may be a tad cooler in the North Bay, but if so, I'm feeling really sorry for you, 'shaka, because I'm in the North Bay, half-naked, with a fan blowing and a bottle of ice water at hand.

Me and heat = unmixy things.

I've got my ceiling fan on high, window open, and have been chewing on ice all day.

I keep telling myself that it's better than living in Minnesota or Greenlad and being cold. Which is so true. But knowing that doesn't mean I don't reserve the right to moan about it.

The best thing of all about Bay Area heat waves? They do break, and break gloriously with cool winds and cascading fog. Unless you're in, like, Antioch. (But they never have a good time.)
