Ok. I understand, on a rational level, that most Draco/Hermione fics are OOC. All we've seen in cannon is that Draco is a jerk. I get that, and I'm willing to suspend my belief for the sake of romance. This is why I can enjoy D/Hermione fics, and I suppose as much of the Draco/Harry fics are dark & twisted as are fluffy. Probably more. The whole enemies attract business. It works for D/Hr, works for D/Harry, and could probably work for D/Ron. I don't get the Draco/Ginny fic though. It's too much of a stretch for me.

I'm reading a very long trilogy now--Draco Dormiens, Draco Sinister and Draco Veritas. I'm in the middle of the second book and not sure if they're going to turn out D/Hm, but Draco is turning into a tremendous tragic hero at this point in the story.
Re:
That what had me wondering too. I've only read the 4 books once, and quite a while ago, but to my memory she had less character development than Legolas even.
I'm just finished the first long book or a trilogy called "DRACAENA DRACO." I don't think I'll read the second one-- this one was good but I'm kind of tired of the author's style.
I'm really liking these two fics:
Into the Dark and Surfeit Of Curses. I don't know how they're going to turn out, or when they'll next be updated, but both are pretty cool. Surfeit Of Curses might be the best D/Hr fic I've read so far.

I've been trying to find some, but all I've stumbled upon so far is horrible! I'd love to know of any author who is known for writing either pairing very well, or any stories that you think are worth reading!
hope I can help
I don't know any good Snape-centric fics, but the best of the Draco fics typically have Snape even in small parts, written well.
After yuo check those out and note them down or whatever, go to my memories page in LJ and click on "Rec Bitch". There's going to be a lot of entries in there, and almost all are fanfic of some kind. The most recent ones (probably at bottom) are going to have Draco or Draco/Hermione fanfic, lost of it. Try the 7 most recent entries, or more. That should link you to a lot... not all of which I've read, but many I have. Also, make sure you read the comments... sometimes I added it to memories for the comments; people or myself put a lot of recs in those, too.
