UPDATE 3:

I am the evil bug villainess. I am also da bitch with an inner Robin Hood.

I capture bugs, torture them, stare at them through their plastic prisons like they're miniature Magnetos, and then I get a conscience and pull a Mystique, freeing them to the world outside.

By the street, of course. If I release them near the door they'll just come back in. Which, naturally, would result in total MDK.

*MDK= murder/death/kill, from a PC game. A rather comical game, actually, with very funny robots minions.

Awwwwwww. Run free, little June bug! Run freeeeeee! Straight into the waiting jaws of the spider I dumped outside last week!

As long as you did not pull off any legs during your torture, I think you just earned yourself a few nice points on the karmic scale. :D

(while you are feeling your inner evil bug villainess, could you come over to my house and do something about these roaches? a sledgehammer would be useful.)

Nah, all I did was give it a good scare with the "invisible walls." I don't pull off legs. ::gets haughty expression:: I'm above that sort of barbarism... I am into psychological stuff. ;)

As for your roaches... I feel your pain. I hate it when they crawl on your feet or hands if you're sitting on the carpet . Try a book, though. Bigger smash-radius than a hammer. :P
