G.I.P.

Here's a Hellsing icon I made while experimenting with some multi-layered fonts. It's up for sharing. :)

MeanIntegra

That's my favorite Integra pic.

Here's a weird thought. I've now watched 7 episodes of Witch Hunter Robin, and we've never seen Robin eat anything once. We see her sit down at tables with other eating people, and we see her drink plenty of coffee, but we never actually see her eat.

It's like the opposite of Legato from Trigun, who is snacking every time he appears on screen.

Wow! Now I can ask this question and it's almost-kinda-sorta on-topic:

How many episodes of Hellsing are there? Is it better to get it dubbed or with subtitles? Why does eBay have to be so darn confusing?

I say go for the dubbed, definitely. It's the rare circumstance where the dub is actually better than the subbed. We watched it in my anime club on DVD, two episodes in subbed and the rest in dubbed because we liked that more. And everything else I've seen with that club was in subtitled, so watching the dub is pretty significant for them.

There's 13 episodes in all, I think. Or possibly 14. But I think 13. It ends with a conclusion-- it doesn't leave you with a pissy cliffhanger like some shows that are really short. Still, they left enough that there could be a lto more episodes made, if they wnated to. But for now there's only the half-season.

Why does eBay have to be so darn confusing

I've never used it.

Thanks for the info. I think I'm gonna spring for the 13 episode, 2-disc dubbed set. It's at $12.50 right now. ::crosses fingers::

eBay does have its uses. You can get really good deals - I got all of Cowboy Bebop for less than $30 with shipping. But it's hard to compare what you're getting with one person with what you're getting with another. ::shrug::

You'll love it. And when you're done, you have to write crossover fanfiction for me. Because there's some freakin' wonderful possibilities there.

Coolness. And I just found out that I won the auction, so now it's only a matter of it shipping from Hong Kong...

Hong Kong's really far away, isn't it? ::is impatient::

$6, which seemed like a good deal to me.

That's not bad. Then again, it is probably a pretty small package. lucky us that CDs are so much lighter than VHS, huh?
