HP point of interest.

This is interesting. It's a multi-point theory on why Ron's probably going to die by the seventh book. I checked the last one, and it's true. I'm semi-convinced.

That would work out nicely with my Hr/D, H/L ships. That way, no extraneous person without a love interest. Shallow, I know. Terribly sorry.

Yup. Gotta agree. I could cheerfully flip the switch on just about every character not essential to my SS/HG or HG/D ships.

I really need to read OotP; maybe once I find out who this Luna character is, Harry won't annoy me the way that he does right now.

And OH! I have a rec for you--Fires of Beltane (http://twistedcandy.org/grey/sorceress/). I haven't read it myself yet, but it comes very highly recommended. You might want to try it--HG/D, you know.

thanks for the rec! I always want recs.

however, I've read most of it. I got bored 3/4 of the way through (which was yesterday) and quit after the big secret was revealed. There's a whole Snape/OC subplot I found boring. But the writing was good, the smut was fun, and the Hr/D was entertaining.

Thanks for the critique--like I said, I haven't actually read it yet. I did take the time to read her submissions requirements, however, and was pleased to read that she seemed to be pretty emphatic that she would only accept and archive quality stories; so I figured her own writings would be better than the average ff.net dross.

I'll look through and see if I can't find something really good!
