You know that feeling you get with old music sometimes. You plug in an old CD, and you listen to it. And for some reason, you find yourself attaching to a song that you never really paid much attention to before. But all of a sudden you love it, it's in your head, and stays with you as a "favorite song" for months. That's what I've been getting with the Counting Crows song "Another Horsedreamer's Blues."

Oh yes. And that usually starts out with the need to play said song "47 times." I'll be in the car, and something will come on the cd player, and I'll say, "Oh, man. I have to hear that another 47 times." And I keep punching replay. The latest (as of this week): "London Homesick Blues" by the Lost Gonzo Band.

Exactly! I have no trouble listening to one song on repeat for hours. I can listen to "Wonderwall" on repeat 47 times and at the end if they asked me if I wanted to hear it again, I'd say, "Yeah, alright."

If you look to the left of my journal, you'll see some of the lyrics to "Another Horsedreamer's Blues." It was stuck with me back before I changed my LJ lay-out.
