Ok, who read the last chapter (29) of nautibitz's Crash & Burn?

Did any of you all notice the music link?

I was rereading it, and just noticed it now. Damn, it's sweet. Nauti, are you singing? Whoever it is, not bad. Not bad. I can imagine the musical accompaniment.

I think this fic should get some kind of award. I mean, composing your own music, and then actually singing it and posting it online for people to read with your story... that's serious devotion to story and fandom participation. Color me impressed.

Yeah, that's me singing. It's just a verrry rough "here's what the song sounds like" thing that I recorded the moment I figured out the melody (and only meant for my beta to hear it, but then I couldn't wait for the pro recording to post the chapter). I'm recording it for real next week with a piano and putting it on the soundtrack, which will be available at my site. Devoted, yes. :)
