tech-y question all

What's the best downloadable program you know of for ripping MP3s from CDs?

Also, is it possible to rip a song from a music video file into an MP3?

I don't know what kind of program you have, but I use Goldwave for audio stuff. You can get the audio from video files and convert it to mp3, wav, and ... other stuff that I don't use. You can get Goldwave for free here (http://www.goldwave.com/).

Thank you, I'll check this one out...

I'm not sure if it's downloadable, but you should try to get Nero.

Nero can [pretty much] do anything. I haven't explored all of its ins and outs.
