Well. If I wasn't going to be a Political Science major anyway before, I certainly am now.

Well, if you can guard yourself against the cynicism and hopelessness that will go along with it, then more power to you. I was a Poli Sci major and I couldn't do it.

Schwarzenegger. God.

I'm kind of cynical already. That's where my hawkishness comes from, at least in regards to international stuff. Domestically, I'm the bleediest bleeding heart you're likely to see, and still hopelessly idealist and hopeful for the country. I know: the more idealistic you are, the worse it is when you burn out. But I can't not try. Thanks for the good wishes.

Schwarzenegger. God.

word.

Where do you live?

Don't do it!

I majored in Poli Sci in college (have a shiny degree and everything), but unless you're going to law school, the words "waste of time" come to mind. I enjoyed my classes, I did. But it's not a marketable degree. I get hired DESPITE my transcript, in most cases, not because of it. :(

Love,
Rose

actually, I was planning on taking the law school track. But I'll keep that in mind, definitley.

Well, I got married instead of going to law school. *shrugs* It is what it is, I guess. I still find law and the legal system fascinating - the theory of it all. As for the practical application and our politicians, my studies instilled me with a deep and profound sense of apathy.

And my hero? John Adams. Such an intelligent man.

Good luck to you!

Love,
Rose
