GIP [profile] anniesj. Also, screw the clothing industry with a boat pulley.

[livejournal.com profile] sabrinanymph was complaining about how 80s clothing and big bangs are returnign to style and doing so badly. I take some amount of precognitive pleasure in knowing that, if we follow the pattern set by all the primly disgusting bellbottom flairs I've had to suffer through from 8th grade till now, this inevitably means flannel and wide-leg jeans will cycle back in at least once before I hit 30. Small mercies, I say.

I loved baggy jeans. I was never a sagger, but I like pants that fit around my waist and are bagy everywhere else. It's why I havent' boought jeans in three years, and my only current pair is too big for me. I hate flairs, I really do. Thank god baggy cargo pants exist or I don't know what I'd do.
