G.I.P.
Random note: my right arrow key on my keyboard doesn't work anymore. Or my down arrow. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
I've been experimenting with Adobe ImageReady today. I am in love. This is so much easier and more creative than the other program I was using. I can't believe this program was sitting on my computer untouched for nearly two years.
I think I'm going to make a set of animated Naruto icons to this poem. It should be fun.
Monday's child is fair of face, [Ino]
Tuesday's child is full of grace, [Hinata]
Wednesday's child is full of woe, [Sasuke]
Thursday's child has far to go, [Naruto]
Friday's child is loving and giving, [Sakura]
Saturday's child works hard for a living, [Lee--- how could I resist?]
I don't think I'll have anything for this part:
But the child that is born on the Sabbath Day,
Is bonnie and blithe and good and gay.

Re:
since each ep seems to be a smaller part of the whole.
Yep, it is. It's all continuous long story arcs, unlike Inuyasha or other shows where there's a story-of-the-week thing going on. There will be several transitional eps and then BAM!! Two or three or five episodes where all sorts of crazy shit happens and you're like "What the hey? Frelling awesome!"
Actually, this poem is a very old nursery rhyme (probalby british.) It's rather famous; I'm surprised you don't recognize it. It's something to do with memorizing the days of the week, I guess. I never really understood the point of it, but it sounds poetic, and if you ever see a book or a song that's titled or uses the phrase "monday's child" or "tuesday's child" etc, it's a reference to this rhyme.
Re:
Solomon Grundy,
Born on Monday,
Christened on Tuesday,
Married on Wednesday,
Took ill Thursday,
Worse on Friday,
Died on Saturday,
Buried on Sunday,
This is the end of
Solomon Grundy.
I think the author is J. H. Summers, but my memory's kinda hazy on that.
Re:
How far along are you at Naruto? When you watch the 24 on the FTP, use the bittorrent link on the side of my journal-- it has every episode up.
