I was rewatching the fantastic Cowboy Bebop trailer vid to the video game trailer Grand Theft Auto 2: Vice City (you can download local or direct, but local is much bigger) that I just recced to psychodragon82 earlier on her anime vids big rec post, and I've now repeated it like 6 times in the last 3 hours, and it's

A) reminding me of how much I loved the animation and more detailed character designs of the Bebop movie.

B) making me want to go out to Hollywood video and rent Grand Theft Auto 2. Which I've never had the inclination to do ever before. I think my subconscious is trying to convince my superego that if I go down and rent the game and pop it in my PS2, it will somehow have Spike and Faye and all the CB characters on it instead of the actual game characters.

*laughs* I haven't watched the vid you're talking about yet, but this is soo the kind of impulse I would have.

Watch it. It's funny and actiony. Plus... the game voice of the character that gets lined up with Spike is *so* funny. I especially like hearing him say, "Let's discuss this like men. With guns."

I've been trying to, but my wireless connection has been crappy lately, and keeps resetting itself in the middle of downloading, so I have to start all over again. It sounds really cool, though. ::shrugs:: I'll try it again later.

I saw that! It was pretty good. I think this one is better, but that was good. The movie wasn't really.
