still stuck on Saiyuki 1

Ok, I love all the cussing. Sounds awfully familiar.*

Who is the voice for green guy? With the jeep. His English voice sounds so dang familiar to me.

Oh my god, it's the rising music of doom! MUSIC OF DOOM! Could this be, perhaps, a dramatic revelation? SAY IT ISN'T SO, MY FRIEND! SAY IT'S NOT THAT!

This is so cheesy.

That's what I thought when I first started watching the show, but Saiyuki is apparently the only thing that he's done.

huh. I looked at the credit list, hoping to see someone from Ranma 1/2 or Gundawm Wing or something cause those were my ideas, but I didn't recognize his name.

Interesting. Do you know if the other guys have been in anything else?

Hee hee...yeah. Nothing like a bunch of violent, foul-mouthed pretty boys.

I get a kick out of swearing anytime in anime, because you just don't hear it much. Like, my favorite character in Hellsing was the foul-mouthed Valentine brother who used "fuck" every third word, sometimes every word, and often combined it with imagery like "your eyesocket". It delighted me because it was so not what I normally hear.

The cussing in the first 5 eps of Saiyuki is more like my normal kind of cursing, though-- not all the time, but thrown in a little too generously to be considered polite conversation.
