I'm dying here. Not that I care about this race storyline, but I need my crack.

They didn't air Naruto this week - I think they were doing a Prince of Tennis special or something. ><

I know what you mean - this arc is pretty standard filler, but it's Naruto, and I need my fix, damnit. *twitches*

Here on a referal from frolickingllama, and I just wanted to tell you that all your icons rock! Very funny or very sad, or very funny and sad but not so sad they're funny. Something like that. I especially like the Naruto, FMA, and Farscape ones.

The "start hitting people see where it takes us" line is from the movie Snatch which I'd highly recomend. Awesome movie, it has a gazillion different British accents, Brad Pitt as an unintelligible gypsie, a lot of very incompetant criminals, and by the end a pile of corpses.

Thanks for the info-- I've never actually watched Snatch except for about 10 minutes of it once at my cousins' house. It is on list for "watch sometime later."

Thank you so much for the compliments on my icons! I like making icons, and I'm a whore for animated ones. If we could get icons with sounds I'd be a whore for those.

All my personally made icons are available for sharing and have been posted at LJ communities at some point. So any icon that says "by yours truly" is available if you'd like to use one. The ones made by others can likely be found by visiting their respective journals.

This Naruto icon, that frolickingllama mentioned in his/her LJ entry (I checked because I was curious, not knowing that name), is one of my favorites. I think "has far to go" is so appropriate for Naruto, and I adore that scene in the opening credits where he stands up in the water. It's so beautifully symbolic of how far he has come, and how hard he still has to push.

Very nice! I see you are also a Tohru/Kyo fan who likes children's books. I'm looking at the second Roy Mustang "I Came" icon right now; if I ever get into FMA fandom or an account that allows more than 3 icons, I'll use it. With credit, of course :D. Thanks!
