So I was about to sit down and copy by hand my housemates' Poli Sci notes when I realized I had a copy machine built into my printer two feet away.

I LOVE TECHNOLOGY!

That's all well and good, but it really is better to handcopy notes. One tends to speak the notes in one's mind, hence reinforcing the knowledge.

I'm going to type them up, actually.

I love that sensation of realization. It's like "Hey!!!"

Most importantly, if you are still going to copy it, you didn't write it by hand before remembering the copier. That is the opposite of "Hey!!!" and more like [Bill and Ted]"No way!"[/Bill and Ted]

Aren't those things the best? I've had mine for over a year and still get really excited when I realize I don't need to go to the library to copy stuff.

It *is* the best. I had a scanner at home before, but that's not the same as a copier. And now I have all three in one.

I just noticed that icon. I love it.
