I get great amusement out of reading the Adult Swim board (when I can tolerate the obnoxiously childish netspeak, anyway), since FMA has aired.

Just reading people's reactions. And knowing that they have no idea what's about to hit them. They're all, "Oh, it's pretty good so far but it'l never beat Cowboy Bebop/FLCL/etc."

I'm in the corner, snickering and laughing my butt off. Because they have no idea.

I'm sticking with it mainly because of your various posts on it. I don't really have anything against it or anything, but so far it hasn't really grabbed me either.

Not better than Bebop, possibly better than Inuyasha and Case Closed. I'd include more but... eh... I don't watch more.

I dunno. Maybe it's the dub.

I was hooked like a bass at a tournament after number one. It took my skeptical husband exactly two episodes to become ravingly obsessed.

This is a faster obsession time than any other show for me. I think I wasn't really hooked on Bebop until Ballad of Fallen Angel.
