It's like King lost interest in the character and just forgot about him, or about developing his story, or anything. His relationship dynamic with Roland was so fascinating, to see it just trail off into nothing like that was so completely LAME.
Um yeah. I am glad I have George R. R. Martin's "Song of Ice and Fire" series, because the Dark Tower was such a disappointment. (I actually liked the final book okay, but the last three should've been so much better than they were.)
