yummy

The SciFi channel movie "Dragon Fighter" is coming on in half an hour.

Despite the dumb name, I'm rather looking forward to it.

A. Dragons.

B. Dean Cain.

I have long missed the nights when I could drool at my cute-as-a-sex-button Superman.

It's nice to see him doing stuff, even if it is low-budget movies.

Cause, ya know, he's hot. And he's Superman. From Lois & Clark. And now he's going to fight dragons.

Hopefully the movie will be alright. And even if it isn't-- EYE CANDY!

Superman

Dean Cain

Dean Cain 2

Mmmm, Dean Cain.

And hey, there's a sex button? *presses it repeatedly*

::grin:: maybe if you press it enough times, his shirt will come off in this movie?

That used to be my Regular Sunday Night Thang (besides X-Files)! It got rather silly after the snake-eating bride, but it was a cute show all along.

Nonetheless my strongest memory of it is one night convincing my extremely conservative Christian sister to watch an episode with me, to prove that Not All Science Fiction/Fantasy Is Of The Devil--and in that night's episode the villain was an evil voodoo priest/god with flashing yellow demonic eyes and evil hissing demon-snakes.

THAT was a fun night.

(The only entire "Buffy" ep she's seen--completely by accident, mind you--was "Gone". "It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be," she said. So my heart attack wasn't as bad as it would have been for some of the other season 6 episodes. But YOU try explaining the concept of "SoullessVampire!Spike, the Unloved-Sex-Toy"...o_O)

I think SciFi was having a Silly Dragon Movie marathon last night. The extremely fluffy sequel (prequel?) to "Dragonheart" was on, too. "And so Drake and Geoff both got what they'd really wanted all along--a brother!" Melts in your brain, not on your hand. (And the lead actor from that was a hockey player on an episode of "The Dead Zone" today. Gah! Conspiracy! Sunday! X-Files! Conspiracy! GAH!)

I tired summarizing season six (and some of season five-- Riley) to my aunt on vacation, but I had to stop eventualy because I couldn't get into enough detail about the bad relationship and the ADR and everything when she hadn't seen it so she wouldn't get it without thinking the wrong assumptions (and with my parents like, two feet away when they dont' watch it eaither...it was on a boat), and plus we kept getting interrupted. So I gave up.

I thought I'd seen him in something else, but I don't watch The Dead Zone so it couldn't have been that.

He's the oldest brother on "Malcolm in the Middle", I'm pretty sure. Does a MUCH better acting job on that. *g*
