Sexiest Men

So I bought the new issue of People Magazine. Just for you, circe_tigana. I'm sure you've seen the cover by now. Very nice. And the first photo (full page face with the brown background) in the series is very gorgeous too. The others I'm not so wild about.

The list as a whole? Gag me. Denzel Washington and Collin Farrell need to be moved up. Brad Pitt needs a haircut. Hugh Jackman should lose the bangs and get bumped to number 4. Everyone else in the top ten? OUT WITH YOU! Just everyone. They need to move some of the lower ranking guys up, too. Nick Lache. His music career is going nowhere fast, but who needs a career when you can walk around in an open wet shirt and just be? Viggo Mortenson, get a proper hairstylist, dude. I don't care how natural it is, uneven ear-length blond is *not* exercising even your half potential, much less your full potential. And Michael Vartan needs to get upgraded into No. 2!!! Right now. Because wowsers, that's one hot photograph. God he's pretty. So is Jackman. Everyone else? TERRIBLE TASTE, People! Just go away. And if you think "She can't mean all of them, she's forgetting about so-and-so..." well you're wrong. I didn't forget about them, THEY DON'T BELONG ON THE LIST! Tis true, tis true. Speaking of not belonging, what the hell is Nelly doing on a page before LL Cool J ? WRONG! All wrong! If you're going to talk about hot rappers, Nelly can just fall off the Golden Gate. I don't even go for the muscled type, but LL Cool J is so much more gorgeous than Nelly that the fact that they're even in the same magazine appalls me. ::sniff:: At least LL got a 2-page spread.

Anyway, any list that doesn't have Spike or Taye Diggs is just stupid.

After some of the Movies Colin Farrell is in, I think he is lucky he even made the list!
Mind you hes in every damn movie they make these days!

I used to have a very similar problem, drive Baba Yaga mad! Lead to her constantly exclmaing "When I say Willow I'm talking about the bloody tree!"

Truer words have rarely been spoken. Yet again, I'm boggled by JM's lack of registration on the general pop culture radar. [shakes head] Although at the library today, I think I shall take a look at this issue . . . don't want to buy it, of course, but I'll look at it. :-)

Flip through until you find the Michael Vartan pic on pg 127. That's the one you'll goggle at. ::waves fan:: He's only gotten better looking since I saw him in Never Been Kissed, and I did love him then.

To be honest, I wasn't impressed by the magazine. The pics they chose were not the ones I particularly like, and the rest of the list sucked ass.

I did like the first one of his face, with the brown background though. The other pics weren't the sexiest ones I've seen by far.
