I know it's the wrong journal...
Date: 2006-12-05 08:15 pm (UTC)Earlier today I wrote an implied Zutara drabble from Mai's POV and posted it to the community (without saving the story to my journal or somewhere else but that's not your problem), but when I hit send, LJ told me that my post was being "queued"(?) and that it would appear soon. I figured there might have been a lot of traffic at LJ at that moment, but when I posted to my own journal I didn't have any trouble at all. I thought my story was lost and dealt with it accordingly (internal whining, hehe) and whipped up a selff-pimpage post for a different story, but then LJ told me that I had exeeded my maximum of posts with this user ID and could not post to the community.
Now I'm confused... did I do something to get a ban or something similar? Or is there like... a limit to posts to the comm? oO;;
Help?

Re: I know it's the wrong journal...
Date: 2006-12-05 10:04 pm (UTC)Many communities screen all posts beyond mods, especially media-trading comms.
The downside is that the posts have to wait until the mod is at the computer to look at them, so you'll see a few hours delay and then usually a large burst of posts. It also happens that you can't have two posts queued at the same time-- you have to wait until your first one is approved.
