Scroll down to the chart at the bottom. The text above is alright, I agree with most of its essential points though I differ on some specific things. But the chart is a bit useful. Gives a visual layout of the sameness I've been trying to work out in my head.
I wish someone drew Rose a chart like this. Except the only person who would is Donna, and she's not there. :(
