It's because Josh is really Mulder from the XF. Now I get it. Thanks for pinning it down. The West Wing confuses me these days. First they play up the Josh/Donna thing, then that story line somehow vanishes completely. That's a frequent occurrence of late and one of the show"s flaws that irritates me the most. God, I miss Gillian Anderson on TV.
