Oct. 11th, 2002 04:46 pmWell, I've finally started to organize all my thoughts on the Buffy AU fic I'm planning... I'm about half way through the out line. Got all the characters and plot background/history figured out, and a growing idea of the climax. Now I just have ot lay it out all nice & readable, and then figure out what the hell to do with the middle of the story.
It's going to be cool, though. And if I'm lucky, I'll be able to use it in my fiction writing class too-- after all, as an AU fic it'll be self-contained and not dependant on the reader knowing the series canon.
It's gonna be cool though... I've got everyone the same, and yet in totally different places. But I've also written some things, like Dawn, sort of paralleling the show, and yet, not.
I'm all excited and writer-ly now.

Everyone knows cool people say "soda".
"Soft drink" is reasonably acceptable.
To me "coke" literally means coca cola, and if you meant something else well that's what you asked for so shut the hell up.

I'm addicted to LJ.
I update so hella much, you guys are probably considering booting me off your friends list cause I take up so mcuh friggin space.
I've NEVER been one for diaries before. I have, like, four-- and none have more than 15 pages filled.
Maybe cause this is on a computer. Something to do with typing. I do admit that I can't write by hand anymore--fiction, I mean. I have to type it; I can't stand doing otherwise. Maybe I'm getting into the 'journal' because I can do it typing, not writing (which is too slow for my oft- scatttered thought patterns).
I also think it (obsession with typing) might be giving me carpal tunnel syndrome. Can I get that at 18? Some times my writsts hurt, or feel horribly weak for no reason, like if I leaned on them the joint would buckle under the pressure, or I'd break something. And it's painful. :(
That's it. I'm gonna go to bed now. -_-() My parents are going sailing on the Monterey Bay tomorrow.
I said I'd stay home. I'm such a fucking idiot. ¬_¬
