I stayed up an extra 2 hours longer than I should have to finish this:

http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1049729

It's the fist chapter of 'The Black Behind The Moon', a crossover fanfic I'm starting. It's Sailor Moon and BtVS. And it will have Spuffy. Why? Because I'm an insane person who should be sleeping.

And, also, cause there are practically NO B/S-friendly crossovers out there.

Yeah, its short I know-- the next one will be longer. But I just wanted to start to put it out and up tonight. And really, not my most brilliant. But I can't write All Angst, All the Time, so you guys will just have to see how you feel about my none-romantic!angst dialogue and attempt at a progressive plot.

The first chapter isn't focused on the BtVS characters, its on Usagi and Mamoru (later to be named Serena and Darien)... but you shouldn't skip it. Because It Matters. It's literary framing, and its mildly amusing too. And if you don't know anything about Sailor Moon...it'll be explained as the story goes. IF not-- IT'S A MYSTERY!

I'll post it on CW tomorrow.

In all fairness, I think this is subconsciously my experiment to see if I really can write another complicated romantic couple right now, set them down in Sunnydale, and NOT turn them into carbon-copies of Buffy & Spike.

It's a hard habbit to break... I already caught myself doing it.

.quizzy-do.

1. Art or science museum?
Art. Like science, LIVE for art

2. Play or watch sports?
Watch, mostly.

3. Zoo or circus?
Zoo. Even though it makes me depressed to go. At least the animals aren't made to do stupid tricks

4. Theater: film or live on stage?
Hm... I like live. My favorite live production so far was 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'... hilarious when acted well.

5. Rock concert or the symphony?
Probably a rock concert. But I've never been to a symphony, so cna't compare. I'd like it though.

6. Movies: see them in a theater or wait for DVD/VHS?
Theater, but its so ungodly expensive now, that I find I'm pcikeir abotu what I do see.

7. Board games or computer/video games?
Computer/video games by myself, board games with other people.

8. Hobbies: crafts (art, cooking, home repair, etc) or collecting (coins, stamps, rocks, etc)?
crafting... its an artsy sort of way.

9. Watch TV or read a book?
Read. Right now I'm down to a mere four regular shows: BtVS, 24, Firefly, and InuYasha. If I'm in the room when its on I might watch something else, but not with any dedication. Sort of don't care much about tv. But I do love to read.

10. Eating out: fancy, white-tablecloth restaurant or casual dining?
Hm.... I love both, so I can't really choose.

ok... this is a good day for me... I've got ANOTHER FIC!

This is one I thought of driving home today, and I realized I could connect it to another one I'd been planning, and make them companion fics.

Title: Brick Red Blood
Spoilers: Selfless, and before.
Rating: R
Note: Hm... this is being sent out fairly fast and without much going over, so don't crucify me for one grammar error. It's the second of three planned ficlets, each individual, yet all three a violent dream of Buffy's, regarding Spike.

Words: 881
Type: Drama/Horror
Summary: Buffy dreams of the alley of DT, but it's a dream --so nothing's as one remembers it esxactly. Anya makes an appearance too, cause I love her down to all to her vengeancy bits.

Hey [livejournal.com profile] anniesj... this rec's for you, and your buffybot luuuuuurve. Cause you're right, she is just too frellin' cute.

Guys... if you're in the mood for a giggle go read "The Buffybot's Guide to the Galaxy" by Andry. It's an unfinished WIP, but its got 8 chapters that are to cute and too funny too ignore. The premise is the Buffybot being sent back in time to the halloween/costume episode of season 2. It's all told from her computer-driven Point.Of.View so its damn funny watching her run into the various Scooby members & a confused Spike... going on about the hotness of Spike, and generally acting like... a bot. A sexbot for Spike. Hilarious.
