can't think of a decent subject title

I'm reluctant to open my email box this morning (well, midday). I got into a discussion last night that seemed, as it progressed, to take on the potential of becoming an argument, and now I don't want to look because I know someone's going to be unhappy with me, and that I've probably upset them or gotten them to not like me anymore or something.

But I also cannot not look, ya know. So, here goes.
