Just turned on my TV to catch the final minutes of Showtime rerunning on FX. I loved that episode. Especially the end. They could have cut of the series right there at the scene of Buffy and Spike walking through the cave. It was a beautiful scene. Though I did like the actual end of the show too, bunches.

I watched the Previouslies for Potential, and got an Ah-Ha! moment. The track of Buffy's speechifying voice saying "We'll be the ones left standing," plays over the scene of her cutting Spike's restraints with that wicked knife. Which is actually completely heartbreaking.

Also? Spike's pretty hot in the opening teaser sequence.

I loved season 7. I did.

Spike on AtS is not enough for me anymore! I want my show back! And, I want my 3+ seasons of Spuffy back!

Watched what I think is a really old episode of Stargate SG1. Carter and O'Neill are trapped in an ice cave in Antartica, with an old Stargate previously thought lost.

Carter spends something like 2 days trying to make it work to dial Earth while O'Neill is bleeding itnernally and cracking snide remarks, and all of this could have been over much faster if they'd just tried another number once they realized for the first 50 times that the Earth number wasn't working. They've got friendly planets, right? At least friendly enough to get medical help first. So. much. easier. than. freezing. to. death.

Watched last week's episode of Carnivale, "The River." This show is just damned cool. Though I'm not sure why the old blind man started beating on what's her name with his cane at the end.

The thing between Ben and the older woman is interesting, but kinda says something about Ben's crazy mother and unhappy upbringing.
