My roommate K just informed me that she never saw how Buffy ended.

We were talking about romance and I ended up talking about Spike's redemptive romantic character arc and how much I loved season 7 and she ASKED ME HOW IT ENDED.

I nearly died on the spot. I had to cover my mouth not to speak.


We're watching all of season 7, from the beginning, over Spring Break. OMG SHE'S GONNA CRY. SHE'S A CRIER. THEN I MIGHT CRY BECAUSE SHE'LL CRY.

This is a lesson sent to Rashaka by TPTBs that she should finish things on time. If I'd finished OurC by the premier as I'd planned (stupid college! stupid need to graduate!) then a part of my heart wouldn't be crying over what this means for my fic. I can't be more specific than that without spoiling my fic plot, but, fuck. I thought of hair symbolism first, dammit! ::shakes fist at show writers::

I'm over at the AdultSwim.com boards watching people's brains explode because of the FMA finale.

Particularly the thing that happens at the 9 minute mark. The evil, evil thing...with its...thingyness. It was like horrible and yet wonderful for how horrible it was.
