I think in sheer number het probably wins out - the Ron/Hermione vs. Harry/Hermione vs. Harry/Ginny shippers pretty much dominate and argue over all the canon stuff.
The slashers are fair in number though, and don't tend to hide in shame :)
Draco/Hermione can be extremely enticing when done well. musesfool has a good story and jennyo has quite a hot little series. Smart girls and bad boys, yum.
