Looking over HP fanfic summaries, I'm floored by how many of them feature Ginny in the main pairing--and glancing through them, she appears to be Mary Sued all to hell. And how could she not be--she's barely been touched on in the books. From what I've seen, she looks to be even more of a Mary Sue than Willow in season two-four BtVS fics.
I'm reading a very long trilogy now--Draco Dormiens, Draco Sinister and Draco Veritas. I'm in the middle of the second book and not sure if they're going to turn out D/Hm, but Draco is turning into a tremendous tragic hero at this point in the story.
