It's fairly new, as series releases go, but it is out in completion. I know mall stores and big music stores like Towers Records carry it.
Hollywood Video doesn't have it yet either, but you could try ordering it on a waitlist if Blockbuster doesn't have it. Assuming Blockbuster does that, I don't know. I saw it in my anime club.
