I need help. I'm playing Final Fantasy X on my PS2, a thing I was too busy to do for over two months until now. Finally, I can do it. Now, however, I've gotten myself into a tight spot.

All my guys are there, and I'm fighting boss-man Seymour the Blue Androgynous Monkey-Faced One. He jumps into this giant.... floating thing... and basically flattens my team. Every time they do something to hurt him, he either sucks the life from one after another in sequencial order, or murders us all with one swipe of his pair of glowy swords. Or combines those two acts. And he totally whupped my Overdrive Bahamut Summon.

How do I beat His Blueness?

Anyway, get Yojimbo if you don't already have him.

Get Yuna into battle and max out her Overdrive before the battle starts.

Give Yojimbo a huge wodge of cash.

I have Rikku, Auron, Yuna, and the main blond guy whose name I changed ready with overdrive.

How do I Zanmato? Is that a Yojimbo summon ability?

Okay, Yojimbo is an aeon. Remember that bridge you crossed where you fought that huge....wooden...thing? Well, go under the bridge and follow the path to a cave. Wander towards the back of the cave and you'll fight an unsent summoner. After that you can go visit Yojimbo and he'll agree to give you his services - for a price.

Pay him (if you have the cash) and he'll join you.

Summon him and he'll stand there and only attack if given money. Give him the right amount of money and he'll unleash Zanmato which will kill any enemy - including Seymour.

A one hit kill.

Sorry Don't know how to beat Seymour, haven't gotten that far yet myself (i only got up to the wyrm of Bevelle when Kingdom Hearts distracted me). I just wanted to say though that I love Seymour, he's so pretty! (not as Pretty as Sepheritoh or Laguna, but still) * snuggles her Seymour action figure and wanders off.*

Well, if your overdrive is maxxed out, it shouldn't take too much.

Personally, I gave him everything. Cash is pretty easily acquired after that battle.

I think that for a game character, Sephiroth was much more attractive. I find nothing pretty or attractive about Seymour-- he's just weird looking and androgynously so.

I've only played Kingdom Hearts once, and I was still in the learning portion of the game when I had to quit a half hour later. But I hope to go back to it later.

The wyrm of Bevelle was very difficult for; I took a long time to beat it. Good luck!

See I didn't think that Seymour was that pretty either. Than my Friend Jen converted me to lovin' the maester.
Though Sephiroth has and will always be the love of my Final Fantasy life. He's in Kingdom Hearts (though voiced by Lance Bass. Which is so so SO very wrong) and the one kid in KH Riku is a lil Sephy, he's so adorable. I just want a lil Sephy doll to snuggle now. I am so so wierd.

I need Final Fantasy help again.

I fought my way all the way back to and captured Yojimbo. On fighting my way all the way back from that to Seymour again, I managed to earn about 50,000. When I summoned Yojimbo with a Grand Summon, I gave him all I had and all I got was the little dog jumping at the guy for 1000 points-- which I could do better with a just a sword.

How much money for Zanmato? Or, where should I look on the net to find out?

50,000 probably isn't enough.

Either sells something or get the 'Steal Gil' option with the sphere grid.

Then be prepared to whoop ass!

I've noticed that you never get any real Gil for selling stuff. You make more in plain fights.
