timepiececlockSo I've got the final 3/4 of my Kakashi/Kabuto fic planned out. I know how I'm going to get them together, and how it's going to end (that is, badly.) I'm stuck on the beginning, though. I want it to be 4 parts, but I can't figure what to do for part 1 to get the story going. I need something to "break the ice" so to speak, to introduce the idea of sexuality into their relationship so that it gets one or both of them thinking about it, which will affect later events I've already got planned.
But how am I going to get them to even think about sex at all? In canon all Kakashi seems to be able to think about when he sees Kabuto is how much he wants to kill him, and all Kabuto seems able to think about is how much he wants to prove himself by royally trouncing the famous Copy Ninja Kakashi, laughing all the way ha ha ha.
And yet, their dialogue is so innuendo-laden. "Don't screw around with adults, you little prick."
Or, "Are you going to run away from me again?""For now, yes." ::squee::
Another bummer is that I had an idea I loved for a really hot tease scene, but now I'm thinking I'll have to ditch it entirely because it doesn't seem to have a place in the story. I hate it when that happens.

Am I the only one who thinks Orochimaru's habit of surrounding himself with boys like Sasuke and Kabuto from a young age and grooming them as his disciples is a little pervy Michael Jackson-ish?
Then there's that whole face removal thing that he does he faces the Hokage, and pulls off his face to look younger.
And there's the fact that his face is all white and bizarre looking.
And you know how he's really famous too, and everyone talks about him in hushed voices, and crowds around when he makes himself known?
He's the Ninja Michael Jackson, I tell you.

Phedophiling bastard...hahaha. Orochimaru even said to Anko during Exam 2 about how Sasuke was more beautiful than she was. O_o...yeah, definitely Ninja MJ.

Date: 2004-04-27 09:05 pm (UTC)Can you help me brainstorm? I don't know what you think about Kabuto/Kakashi at all as a pairing, but I'm at my wits end trying to think of the missing bit to my fic, and I know a very limited number of people who I can ask about Naruto.
This is a summary of the second part of my fic:
Kabuto and another sound ninja go to kidnap Sasuke again, and does so while Kakashi and Sasuke are training alone. Kabuto uses a genjutsuu technique that overwhelms Kakashi’s mind with sexual images and makes his body feel like its experiencing them right at the moment, putting him into almost a comatose state—but not before Kakashi manages to kill his partner. Sasuke is knocked out and taken captive, and Kakashi wakes up alone.
Then I have two more chapters. But my problem is that I need a scene or event which makes Kabuto think to use this kind of mental attack on Kakashi... something that establishes even the smallest bit of physical attraction from Kakashi in either both or Kabuto's mind.
I was thinking of rewriting a scene from the anime to include a bit more dialogue, or even just some telling body language, but I'm not sure if that's the way to go.

I'm thinking a serious bombardment that's not at all fun, more invasive and harsh, because it's too much sensory information at once. It also leaves a lasting impression.
Oh, this is so wicked in my head. I've found a way where I think I can get them in the sack without compromising their characters, which would be especially tricky for Kakashi, who is a pretty upstanding member of his village. It's all bad and dark and stuff. The darkest thing I've ever had an idea for. I'm excited.
Now you sleep dear, and have sexy Kabuto or Kakashi dreams...
