I review with the signed reviews sometimes just because I like using the "review history" feature on the main author menu. Also, if I've already logged in for other reasons and stay on to read fanfic. Or if (and here's where my motivations get more selfish) I want them to take my review more seriously as a fellow writer, or if I want this person to read my fic and I feel the chances of that might increase if they have a readily-available link.
