HBO hires Joss Whedon to direct a live action Full Metal Alchemist.

Imagine it: HBO quality production, HBO budget, cable's lack of decency censorship so no content cuts, and Joss Whedon directing.

This is my Christmas wish. I'm starting early because I know it's a big one.

Nope. He still has to fuck up the third X-Men flick after dredging up every comic book cliche to make the book the worst it's been in years. Then maybe he'll get his hands on FMA. God, please just keep him away from Planetary. Please, please, please!!!
