timepiececlockWell, I posted chapter 6 of my Fruits Basket WIP, Mon Autre Vie. This is the first chapter that doesn't center on Tohru, and I hope I handled Hiro's characterization decently. I had better; he's eventually going to carry almost a third of the story. Naturally, this makes me nervous.
But the chapter is pretty good, I think. If nothing else it starts to give readers a peek into what's really going on. Not the whole thing, of course, but a peek.
I'd also like to point out to the general world that this is my *sixth* chapter, and the farthest by far that I've ever taken a WIP before. And at over 1000 words almost double any other chapter yet. Bully for me. Here's hoping I take it a lot father. If nothing else because most FB fic is so abismally bad even that even if this is disappointing at least you'll know that I can use a comma properly.
