timepiececlockI had a totally X Files moment when walking on campus tonight. I was going to this library-like study center that's open till 3am (bless them) to use this very computer I'm sitting at right now, when I saw ahead and off to the side of my destination a weird cluster of students. About 20, looking like they were standing in some sort of circle looking at something in the middle.
For god knows what reason, my brain flashed back to early X Files, and went something like this:
They're all standing in a circle! At 11 o'clock at night on campus! It's like ritual sacrifice! They're about to axe someone right there in the center! Where's the bonfire?! Don't eat the chicken! Axes! Chicken! Scully!
So...yeah. Welcome to my random head. I haven't even seen that episode in years.
