timepiececlockI'm sitting here, drinking milk and eating cheeze-its from a coffee mug, and I'm STILL reading Hard Candy... because its difficult, and I need to take moments to porcess, ya know? To let the horror and angst and tragedy set in a bit. Until now I'd counted Herself's stories as the darkest B/S I'd read. But this is darker. yes.

Just was walking down the hall when I caught the Carm/Tony scene on The Sopranos. Where his whore called their home, and his wife couldn't take it anymore and threw him out.
Wow. Eddie Falco is amazing. And that scene was so bitter.
And now here I am, having to come back to more scary dark stuff.
Because I can take a minute-long break from fics like this, but I can't stop reading.
