I know I've been blabbing for like 4 entries now about how much I love Hard Candy, but I can't help it, because annie and alanna's words have picked me up, wrung me out, and left me swaying in the wind.

Some chapters broke my heart, and some built it up again. There's not one that wasn't perfect.

And the last one broke my heart the most. I started reading it to Crowded House's "Into Temptation", which flowed into and finished with Allison Krauss' "That Kind of Love" (Entropy). It's my favorite, hands down. Because it's beautiful. And its ending was so so perfect, in every way.

Annie, Alanna.... I have this huge fangirly/writer/spuffyfan crush on the both of you right now.

And if I'm not careful, I'm gonna start thinking of all this as canon, and then I'll be even more biased to this romance and then if I don't get some kind of love or hope for love by the end of this season I'll never watch tv.

rashaka, I lurve you. Why? Because you're so damn cute. I was giggling while you were posting all of your thoughts and entries on HC last night, and then found myself gobsmacked into not knowing what on earth to say. You're wonderful.

And aw, I was actually listening to Crowded House's "Into Temptation" while writing my half of "after hours". Perfect song for that scene, plus, you can't get much prettier than Neil Finn. :)

Oh, and I'm not worrying about whether or not we're going to get Spuffy this season -- I *know* it. There's no way that it's not happening this year. I am absolutely certain that they're not finished with each other -- and that Buffy's falling in love. So no worries. :)
